Welcome to Lobba. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lobba apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and provide a valid Egyptian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
Payments are processed through Fawry and InstaPay. By confirming a booking, you authorize the applicable charge. Transaction fees, if any, are shown before you pay.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the court owner's policy, shown at the time of booking. Where a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method.
ELO ratings and leaderboard standings are calculated from match results and provided for informational and competitive purposes. You agree to behave respectfully toward other players, coaches, and venues. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or other users.
Owners who list venues are responsible for accurate availability, pricing, and honoring confirmed bookings. Additional terms apply to owner accounts and are provided during venue registration.
The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Lobba and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Lobba is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between players and venues.
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
