• Account information: your name and Egyptian mobile number, used to create and secure your account via one-time-password (OTP) sign-in.
• Booking & activity data: courts you book, matches you join, your skill assessment, and your ELO rating history.
• Payment information: we process payments through Fawry and InstaPay. We do not store full payment credentials on our servers.
• Device & usage data: app version, device type, and basic usage analytics used to improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide bookings, matches, leaderboards, and notifications.
• To process payments and issue digital QR tickets.
• To calculate and update your ELO rating and rankings.
• To communicate confirmations, deals near your saved courts, and service updates.
• To prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.

3. Sharing your information

We share limited information with court owners when you book a slot (such as your name and booking details) so they can honor your reservation. We use trusted payment processors (Fawry, InstaPay) to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
